At Empire Fence, we value the trust you’ve placed in us to protect and enhance your property with our expert fence installation. We’re committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
To that end, our multi-step Quality Assurance Program ensures that your fence is installed in accordance with our rigorous standards for quality. First, we select only the finest materials for each fence installation using only “prime” grade lumber. Upon completion, your fence installation receives a 31-point inspection signed off by the crew leader. Next, your fence receives a separate and thorough Quality Assurance inspection to verify that the fence meets our Gold Seal standards.
If any issues are identified during these inspections, they are immediately taken care of. Following completion of the Quality Assurance inspection, you will receive the Gold Seal Certificate of Excellence to verify that your fence meets or exceeds our quality standards.
Each new fence installation is backed by the Empire Fence warranty. Our warranty is a promise that we stand behind our work, and we’re dedicated to addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

New fence installations cover the original purchaser for a period of one year from the installation date. Steel posts ONLY are covered for three years. Our warranty guarantees that the work is free from defects in workmanship, labor, and materials in accordance with the terms outlined in the “Letter of Warranty” that you receive upon completion. See sample below.
Warranties are not transferable. If your fence was installed by a builder, we kindly recommend reaching out to them directly for any warranty-related questions or concerns.

Fence Maintenance Guide
Congratulations on your new fence installation from Empire Fence! To ensure your fence remains beautiful and functional for years to come, we’ve put together this maintenance guide to help you get the most out of your fence.
Wood Privacy & Round Rail
Cleaning:
- Regularly sweep or blow leaves and debris off the fence to prevent moisture buildup.
- Use a mild detergent and water to clean any stubborn stains or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the wood.
Sealing and Staining:
- Optionally, apply a waterproof fence stain & sealant to protect the wood from the elements.
- Reapply every 5-7 years or as needed.
Inspections:
- Regularly inspect your fence for signs of damage, rot, or insect infestation.
- Check for loose boards or pickets and tighten or replace as needed.
Additional Tips:
- Keep vegetation and trees at least 3 feet away from the fence to prevent damage from roots and branches.
- Avoid attaching heavy objects or decorations to the fence, as this can cause damage or warping.
Ornamental Metal Fence
Cleaning:
- Use a soft cloth and mild soap to wipe down the fence, paying attention to any areas with visible dirt or debris.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can scratch the metal.
Rust Prevention:
- Regularly inspect your fence for signs of rust or corrosion.
- Apply a rust-inhibiting coating to any affected areas.
Inspections:
- Check for loose or damaged components and tighten or replace as needed.
- Inspect the fence’s foundation and ensure it remains level and secure.
Additional Tips:
- Avoid using metal fence as a support for plants or trees, as this can cause damage or warping.
- Use a soft-bristled brush to clean intricate designs or details.
General Tips
- Regularly inspect your fence after severe weather events, such as heavy rain or strong winds.
- Keep your fence free of debris and obstructions to ensure proper drainage and prevent damage.
- Avoid excessive irrigation by adjusting the path of sprinkler system.
- Use caution when using string trimmers around wood fence posts or pickets.
