What Is Empire Fence’s Warranty on a New Fence?

Empire Fence backs every new fence with a workmanship warranty, and the term depends on how it is built. We have stood behind our installs in Tulsa and northeast Oklahoma since 1955, and most qualifying new fence installations earn our Gold Seal after a 31-point inspection.

Here is how the warranty works:

• 1-year workmanship warranty on standard wood-post (4×4) builds.
• Extended 3-year coverage on eligible steel-post components, subject to the written warranty terms, which is why we often recommend steel posts.
• Manufacturer warranties pass through on products like FenceTrac and Ameristar.
• The warranty covers workmanship, not normal weathering or the natural aging of wood.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original owner, and builder-installed fences are warranted through the builder. The Gold Seal inspection is what stands behind it.
