They belong to an Ameristar Montage Majestic 3 rail section on 2 inch, 16 gauge black posts with 4 inch picket airspace and an extended picket bottom rail. The privacy side is pre-stained cedar with a 2×6 cedar cap board and 1×4 cedar trim finishing the picket tops, three Douglas fir 2×4 back rails behind them, and 2 1/2 inch square steel posts in concrete. Cap and trim stiffens the top edge against wind, a real consideration on exposed Bixby lots.
