This property needed three different fences and got them. The private sections are pre-stained cedar at 5/8 by 3.5 by 6 feet on 2 1/2 inch square steel posts in concrete, with three Douglas fir 2×4 back rails and galvanized ring shank nails. A five foot round rail run, three rails of 4 inch by 8 foot doweled treated pine on 4 inch round posts, is backed with 9 gauge black chain link to hold animals while keeping the view. Along the ornamental stretch we installed Ameristar Montage Majestic three rail iron at five feet on 2 inch, 16 gauge black posts. Gates match their runs, cedar and iron.
