Three separate runs of privacy fence went in on this property, all built to one specification so the whole enclosure matches. Every run uses 5/8 by 3.5 inch Douglas fir pickets with dog ear tops and a cedar tone stain applied before installation, nailed with galvanized ring shank fasteners to three fir 2×4 back rails. The rails are carried on 2 1/2 inch square steel posts sunk in concrete. Building the sections identically means they fade together and hold the same shade year after year instead of drifting apart. A walk gate in matching material and finish opens the enclosure. Larger Owasso lots often need the fence broken into runs around drives, beds, and outbuildings.
