Access drove this layout. We installed a 10 foot ornamental iron double gate for equipment and yard work, and a matching walk gate beside it, both hung on heavy duty hinges with secure latches so they stay easy to work one handed. The fence between them is Ameristar Montage in the Classic 3 rail pattern, a straight vertical picket look, carried on 2 inch, 16 gauge black posts set in concrete. The 4 inch standard picket airspace keeps the yard visible, while the extended picket bottom rail tightens the ground line. Powder coated steel holds its finish through Tulsa summers without the annual attention a painted iron fence would ask of you.
