6 ft Cedar Cap and Trim Privacy Fence with Walk Gate on W Van Buren St in Broken Arrow, OK

Fence System Details

Includes details of a 6-Foot Wood Fence installation in Broken Arrow. This Residential fencing project built by Empire Fence Company may include other types of fences or fence materials as specified below.

This Broken Arrow home took 169 feet of six foot cedar cap and trim privacy fence on square steel posts, with one walk gate. Cap and trim is what makes a wood fence look finished from the street side as well as the yard side, since the cap board and trim close off the picket tops and give the run one straight line across the top. Underneath, steel posts do the heavy work. They stay plumb in clay that swells and shrinks by season, and they will not rot at the ground line the way a buried wood post eventually does. Cedar above handles the sun. It is a build meant to look right for a long time.

Privacy Fence 6' Cedar Cap & Trim on Steel Posts

All 169 feet carry cap and trim over steel posts, giving the run a clean top edge along its full length. The cap board takes the weather that would otherwise sit on the picket ends.
