This project put up 116 feet of 6 foot cedar privacy fence and two 4 foot walk gates. Along 19 feet of that line we reused the existing round steel posts, which were still solid and well set, and built the new fence onto them. Keeping good posts saves the concrete work and holds the fence exactly where it has always been, which counts on an older Tulsa lot where the boundary is tight. The rest of the run stands on new square steel posts. Cedar pickets, three Douglas fir backrails, and galvanized ring shank nails finish it out, and the old and new sections read as one fence.
