Privacy is not the same requirement on every side of a lot, so this fence changes height where the need changes. Most of it is 5/8 inch by 3.5 inch by 6 foot cedar dog ear picket on three Douglas fir 2×4 backrails, and along the exposed side it steps up to 8 foot cedar pickets on four backrails. Both sections stand on 2 1/2 inch square steel posts set in concrete and are nailed off with galvanized ring shank nails, so material and color match right across the change. We built wood walk gates for both parts of the yard. Tulsa lots vary in what they back onto, and the fence should answer that.
