This project is 95 feet of six foot cedar privacy fence with a single walk gate. The gate carries an EZ brace, a diagonal support that fights the sag every wood gate wants to develop as it hangs on its hinges year after year. Cedar pickets run on three Douglas fir backrails over square steel posts set in concrete. Our shop builds wood gates in house, which lets us match a gate to its fence board for board instead of hanging something that is merely close. Ninety five feet is a common length for closing off a side yard and the back of a home. Across the Tulsa metro, this is the build homeowners picture when they say privacy fence.

Privacy Fence Walk Gate with EZ Brace
The walk gate includes an EZ brace, a diagonal support that keeps the frame from dropping at the latch corner as the gate ages. It is a small piece of hardware, and it decides whether a gate still closes cleanly five years from now.
