Animals and open ground on one side, people and privacy on the other: this property needed both, so we built both. The rail section is 4″ round rail treated posts set in concrete with 4″ x 8′ doweled round rail and 9 gauge finish black chain link fixed behind the rails. The privacy section is 5/8″ x 3.5″ x 6′ cedar pickets on three Douglas fir 2×4 backrails and 4×4 treated posts in concrete, nailed with galvanized ring shank nails. A walk gate serves each. Owasso properties on the edge of a subdivision often carry that split between an open boundary and a closed one.
