Different parts of this property needed different heights, so the fencing steps down as it moves away from the house. A shorter cedar cap and trim run uses cedar back rails and 5′ pickets. Ameristar Montage Majestic three rail, installed on 2″ 16 gauge black posts, keeps one boundary open.
